We are thrilled to bring you a fantastic night at The Water Rats featuring a trio of brilliant acts, including a special guest from the US – American Pie’s Thomas Nicholas performing on the night:
THE FAMILY DOG
In a North London house, guarded by Thor, a beast of a dog, The Family Dog built a home-made studio called The Box. 5 brothers chewing up Americana, soul, punk, blues, psychedelia & more, then howling it out in gigs resembling “a pack of wild dogs not giving a shit.” Swapping instruments, diving into crowds & embracing the chaos, they’re a feral concoction of White Denim, The Black Keys, Curtis Mayfield and The Band. Theirs is a story of gurus and adventurers, sinners & saints. The Family Dog have won a loyal following, performing a string of headline shows in the past 12 months. “People feel a connection with us they don’t feel when watching other bands, because we’re brothers,” says Hector, youngest brother & singer at just 17 years old.
THE HUNGER
The Hunger is a high-octane rock band led by the dynamic duo of Billy Barratt and Cody Molko. Supported by their best friends on bass and drums, the band delivers electrifying performances that captivate audiences from start to finish. Known for their incredible stage presence, a live show by The Hunger is not just a concert – it’s an experience that showcases their unparalleled ability to entertain and connect with fans. With new music releases on the horizon, The Hunger is a band you’ll definitely want to keep an eye on.
