We are thrilled to welcome back one of favourite bands and one of the very best young classic rock bands in the UK – VAMBO – with specials guests at the legendary Water Rats, London.

VAMBO are a band who allow their influences to permeate through them, yet breathe out an air that captivates their audience through a current, exciting and intuitive execution. Vambo are – Jack Stiles, vocals, a compelling presence with an alluring centre stage magnetism and a powerhouse voice and range to match. Pete Lance, guitar, brings a thunderous energy that entices an audience from the very first power chord. David Flitt, drums, the driving force behind the power and the subtleties that are Vambo trademarks. James Scott, bass, underpinning every performance with his provocative bass lines, adding vigour and depth.

With Special Guests

OPHELIA RAY
London-based rock artist, Ophelia Ray, makes her solo debut with ‘Unnatural Loving’- an evocatively retro, yet distinctively fresh female rock anthem, with a 1980s flavour. Despite being classically trained, Ophelia’s voice has been noted for its raw edge, having been previously described by BBC Radio as having a truly unique and powerful tone with similarities to Stevie Nicks, Patti Smith, Siouxie Sioux and Kate Bush.

BROOKE LAW
Brought up in a mixed heritage family, Brooke has grown up in an environment, which openly encouraged expression and to take every opportunity, which presents itself. Brooke’s music is delivered in her distinctive gutsy voice, think Alanis Morissette meets Janis Joplin. Brooke’s debut album “Archetypes” has achieved a cumulative stream total of 500k+ on Spotify and 300k+ views on YouTube. plus support from the BBC, BBC Radio London, BBC Asian Networks. and BBC Music Introducing Essex.
