SI CONNELLY headlines the iconic Water Rats with his full band, to celebrate the release of four albums in 2023
Writing and releasing an EP a month throughout 2022 whilst simultaneously touring across the UK with Ocean Colour Scene and numerous shows besides, Si Connelly’s achievements are hard to match. However, he truly is a gifted and prolific writer like no other. 2023 has seen Si give birth to a staggering four albums, working once again with producer Adrian Hall (Tori Amos, Goldfrapp, Nova Twins), With a phenomenally powerful voice and wide ranging and emotive songwriting, Si’s live performances move from high-energy alt rock to gentler and personal acoustic folk Americana. At the heart of every performance in every venue and every town though, Si is simply involving his audience in the moment, as he performs his extremely autobiographical songs.
“Ive worked with the best. The best singers I have worked with? Mick Jagger, Amy Winehouse and Si Connelly. You wont have heard of him …. yet.” – Dom Morley, Grammy award-winning producer.
