Norwegian-born country artist Bad Brooks, known as “The Arctic Cowboy,” is stepping away from the big festival stages and into a more intimate format. In his new solo show “Stories from Broadway,” audiences meet the artist alone on stage – with his guitar, honest stories, and acoustic versions of his songs.
Since 2018, Bad Brooks has established himself as one of the most exciting new voices in Norwegian country music. With energetic live shows, strong songs, and a clear identity as “The Arctic Cowboy,” he has made his mark on festivals and stages across the country. Now it’s time to let audiences get even closer.
In the new solo show “Bad Brooks – Stories from Broadway,” audiences are invited behind the curtain. This isn’t about pyro, full bands, and big productions – but about the stories behind the songs, life on the road, and the people he’s met along the way.
– I’ve always loved telling stories between songs, and I notice that people really listen when I share a bit more than just the music. This show is my way of giving audiences an evening where they get the whole story – both the songs and the life around them, says Bad Brooks.
Throughout the evening, audiences will hear acoustic versions of songs like Bad Business, Open Road, The Real Thing, og What Do I Do With Me, combined with stories about:
