ABOUT HANNAH ROSE PLATT Originally from Liverpool and now based in Bristol, Hannah Rose Platt is a singer-songwriter with a wild imagination, a wicked way with words, and an undeniable ear for melody. She made her Xtra Mile Recordings debut in 2023 with Deathbed Confessions, a dark and twisted collection of ghoulish ghost stories, melodious murder ballads, and humorous hammer-horror tales. Drawing inspiration from classic horror influences like Rod Serlings The Twilight Zone, the BBCs Inside No 9, and the ballad-writing of Samuel Pepys, Platt delivered an album that was as eccentric as it was haunting. Produced by Ed Harcourt, Deathbed Confessions showcased her unique storytelling prowess, standing out with its scintillatingly strange approach.
